If VM sends to Joomla login/registration then it ensure CBs system plugin in Extensions > Plugin Manager is public, published, and ordered as the first system plugin. If not redirecting then edit CBs system plugin and enable Rewrite URLs. If VM is using its own login/registration pages then you'd need a VM plugin of some sort that integrates with CB.
