Search features in CB Builder 2.0 was created by webman77
I used to have better search features int he previous version of CB builder?
I used to be able to perform detailed searches on my data that had dropdowns, now all I have is a search box. I have a very complex set of vales that I am not going to remember. Can someone show what I might have set up wrong. The 2.0 CB has left some vital features for my client, please have someone respond to my topic.

Click the Search Tools button to expand the more specific and advanced searching. We've a repeat usage that lets you select a CB field then an operator followed by whatever search value based off the operator.

Thank you for responding, yes I know where this search is. But it is not working!, the earlier versions had a dropdown control since my data has populated fields, this has a search field that doesn't return the search. I have 10 different choices when I choose the filed I want. Please see the attachment so you can understand my issue. This is a real bug in this version of CB builder?

You need to supply the value you want to search for. This is not a bug. It's how the new advanced search is designed until we've refactored the fieldtypes into XML types so we can properly parse their values and generate advanced search unique to each fieldtype.

You need to use the Value and not the Label. If your select field has separate values for them then the Label you see while opening the dropdown is not the value. You then need to click the Search button. It's working perfectly fine in my tests, see the below.

The above is a search on a multi checkbox. You must use the contains operator for multi fieldtypes. For most other fields the equal to operator will be sufficient.
