Hello,
I wish that a visible field for the members of my site registration only is visible in their profile for the site administrator (superuser)
How can I do ?

Move it to a tab that has view access level set to something only administrators can see, but no one else will be able to see or use the field (including profile owner). If you want profile owner and CB moderators to have access to it you'll need to install CB Privacy then set the fields privacy controls to forced then default private.
