Not able to register user

Hi

Iam developing a site using Community Builder, suddenly iam not able to register a user in frontend. When i press register the site reloads, keeping the values in the inputs and returning no errors.

I have installed a plugin "CB privacy", i dont know if this have any thing to do with it?

CB version?

Was this ever working?
