But i wont thats the url not open in a new window. where can i set this?

You can't, that's how it's currently designed to behave. There's already a feature ticket to improve this so internal URLs won't open new pages.

Yes, but it doesn't currently distinguish between internal and external URLs. URLs to sites outside your domain should open to a new window, but internal should just browser to it in the same window. This is planned to be implemented for next release. The attachment parsing is done in the CB Activity template files if you want to alter it your self.
