CB Juice can export user data to CSV, which you can import into a spreadsheet. A database query in phpmyadmin can also CSV export.

To quickly get SQL queries you can create a CB Userlist that meets your criteria, turn on Joomla debug mode, navigate to the userlist in frontend, and at the bottom of the page find its query in Joomla debugging. This avoids having to write all the joins if you're unfamiliar with _comprofiler and _users relationship.
