When I send a contact request including a UddeIM message (even if this message is empty). My users receive 2 notifications emails.... have you ever had this problem? Do you know how we can resolve it?
No idea, CB doesn't have an Email notification for PMs. That's directly controlled by UddeIM within Components > uddeIM PMS > Email.
