[SOLVED] K2 article author display was created by victoriakim
Hello,

In my site, all the article in K2 do not show the authors, checked every possible options in K2end, speaking with K2 rep, cant find any so far,
It may or may not related to CB integration with K2, but checking every possibility that cause this.
I made the integrations at the following;
CB Article > Parameters > Model - K2
CB Auto Action> After User Registration & After User Update> K2 Synchronize
K2 Parameters > Advanced > CB integration for avatar, user names and user pages - Enabled

Are there anywhere else I can make the integration?

Thank you,
V

K2 Parameters > Advanced > CB integration for avatar, user names and user pages - Enabled

That's what's supposed to display it. Ensure the "formatname" field is set to display on profile and is on a published and public tab. Note the field can be on a tab in a not shown on profile position if you don't want it actually visible on profile.

I still had the problem with the author name display with all the field and tab in published, public....
I found the solution in the CB forum from 2 years ago, disabling the author bot from plugin manageemnt that is meant for joomla contents.

Added a bug ticket to see if I can make CB Author Bot compatible with K2 to avoid these problems in the future.

Thank you for reporting back with your solution! :)
