No, we do not have a module to display a userlist. I'm not sure a userlist would fit in any standard module position as well.

This answer was helpful, as I was looking for such an option as well.

However, with modern responsive templates modules are no longer necessarily slim boxes on the side. Thus I am not sure your argument would be valid any longer :P ....

Perhaps your team would reconsider. Or I'll try to build something with a Regularlabs Extension... Will see. B)

You can use a Joomla wrapper module to wrap a userlist URL. That's the only alternative at this time. A module, at least a search module, is planned at some point.
