Is it possible to display the number of characters left while entering text in a standard textfield. I have a textfield that is limited to 150 characters. Of course you can limit the field to 150 so typing won't be possible after that number, but is seems more user-friendly to show how many characters are left to use.
It's possible, but you'll need to write the jQuery for it and add it to the page. It can be added to the page using CB Auto Actions and a Code action on the before registration form display and before profile edit display triggers.
