Is it possible to create a community builder list that is filtered based on the logged in user? I want to show the users that live on the same address as the logged in user..

Yes, you can use substitutions in your Userlist filters in both Basic and Advanced usages. Substitutions will always be from the viewing user.

does not work

ue.`cb_gade` = '[cb_gade]'
