That is way too much data for a single textarea field in CB. You're hitting a row size limit in the database engine. There's no fix for this. Don't allow so much content in a CB field. CB is not designed to hold the amount of content a Joomla article would.

There's actually a better solution for providing resumes though. The File field. Just allow them to upload a txt, doc, or pdf file resume.
