Is it possible to create a hidden field on the registration page and have the value for that field pre-filled based on URL to access the registration page?

CB doesn't have a hidden fieldtype. You'd have to hide it using CSS. As for pre-filling it with a GET value you could use CB Auto Actions to do that. See the below topic regarding such usage.

I can't find an example in documentation or forums of how to hide a field using CSS. Can you tell me or point me in the right direction?

NEVER MIND! I simply typed the word "hidden" in the CSS Class input box for the field and now it is hidden but still functioning as needed.
