CBSUBS membership plan pages not showing after upgrade to CBSUBS GPL

We have been using CBSUBS for several years now but we were still on version 3.0.1 and CB 1.9.1.
I've upgraded the CB to 2.0.11 and then upgraded CBSUBS to the latest GPL version (4.0.1). Everything seemed to be working but when i checked our website and the buttons that lead to the specific membership plans, they just show a blank page.

Anyone have an idea what might have gone wrong and what i can do to fix this?

I've discovered that the problem is caused by the CBconfirmemail plugin. When i disable the plugin the membership plan registration page is shown again. But this means that i can't have the email confirmed or is there a possibility for that built in now?

Joomla debug gives the following error message : trict Standards: Declaration of getconfirmemailTab::getDisplayRegistration() should be compatible with cbTabHandler::getDisplayRegistration($tab, $user, $ui, $postdata) in /home/deb53056/domains/eurims.org/public_html/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbconfirmemail/cb.confirmemail.php on line 90

What does this means?

Edit your plans within CBSubs > Plans and ensure the view access levels under the access tab are set to at least public.

The view access was set "public" but as i stated in the posts above the problem is fixed when i disable the CBconfirmemail plugin. Is there an update for that plugin or is there no possibility anymore to doublecheck the email address input?

Could be due to the plugin being out of date. Please ensure all your plugins are up to date according to the chart below.

Thx 4 the help. I was indeed using the old cbconfirmemail plugin which was not working anymore on the newer CB version. I also found the verify email settings in the field management so i've activated this

But now i've found another problem which is occuring since the update to CB 2.0.11, namely that my CB login is not working anymore. I'm not able to enter a username and password, or at least i'm not seeing what's being entered. First i thought it might be a CSS setting giving the text a white color and thus not detectable on the white background. But it seems that there is nothing being entered at all.
