The input not working is due to the below CSS coming from your template.

Specifically font-size: 100%;. As the source is compiled I don't know where it's originally coming from, sorry.

I've changed the CSS rule and the login module is working fine now.

Next problem i encountered after upgrading CBSUBS is that the subscription tab isn't shown anymore when a user has logged in which worked before the upgrade.
I only get the menu items, edit and connections and contact info, blogs, articles.
The "Display subscription tab on User Profile" is set in CBSUBS settings!!

So sorry to bother you with all these questions :-(.

Edit your plans within CBSubs > Plans then under the Access tab set "Visible for Access Level" and "Visible for Group (and above this group)" both to "Public" then see if issue persists. If only 1 is configured then plans may not show.
