Plugin version is 4.0.5 so should be ok now.
checked again , under ''display' I have the follwing format
-separated with Coma ( no new field appears )
-unnumbered list "ul" ( CSS clas of the list field appears)
-ordered list "ol" ( CSS clas of the list field appears)
You are not creating or editing a Query field. You need to create or edit an field of the type "Query". It sounds like you maybe editing a multicheckbox or multiselect field and not a query field. Under Parameters of a query field you'll have Layout, Query, and Display.
