[SOLVED] CB Login bootstrap layout was created by wardb
Hi,

I am having trouble trying to adjust the width of the CB Login username and password fields on my website that uses rockettheme richochet template. (please refer to the attached screenshot)

I have tried inspecting the element using chrome but can't seem to locate the correct css in order to make the change. Are you able to point me to the right location?

Also, I tried opening a ticket for this request and it says that I need to be a professional member when I already am??

Thats ok I have sorted it out now, I needed to create a custom css file within my template to override.

Encase anyone else has similar issue to explain what's going on the module layouts are designed for Joomla default template. They nearly mimic Joomla modules 1:1 with a few additions like triggers and CBs own icons. However, if your template overrides Joomlas module layouts it'll have no affect on CB so you'll need a custom layout override or to fix the issue with CSS directly.

Only 12mo duration professional subscriptions have access to tickets. This is explained in the plan descriptions.

Hi - just jumping in to clarify things.

We are phasing out the private ticketing from all our support plans, so you will not it listed in any plan descriptions.

We believe that public forum support threads that are readable by everyone is the most effective method available. No hiding behind a ticketing system - everyone can see our support threads and see how things are addressed. If access credentials are needed they will be requested via private messaging.

The support time is just as good timewise.
