Missing fields in CB User Manager

Trying to get Notification Requests sent to various users through CB Profile Update Logger and I've been told to ensure that Moderator Emails are turned on for the users in CB User Manager. Well I don't have any field available to do that, so I'm assuming that the appropriate field somehow has been deleted. Is there a way to replace that field and any others that may be missing?

click on the user / moderator
go to contact info tab
see the moderator email checkbox

The check box isn't there on any tab.

This means that the users you are looking for are not in the moderator group you have specified in your CB Configuration User Profile parameter area.

Sorry - it will not be a checkbox - it's a Yes/No dropdown parameter
