Text insde this specific fiel drops behind the tabs (seen similar behavior in other places with the top balloon windows, where the text is not readable
You likely have a conflict from your Joomla template. Switch to default Joomla protostar and see if issue persists. The tooltips are in the <body of the DOM so it's not possible for them to sit under the tabs unless a z-index issue maybe present. I'm unable to confirm.

but it might be better just to check if this happen with the new CB Groujive you are doing (dont have a clean install here, so have not installed the beta you released yet
Ah, sorry you're using GJ 2.7. Yes, that's a known issue on GJ 2.7 that's fixed in GJ 3.x.
