Hi Krileon,

When a normal user access another user's page, he will see published blogs and click on the category of that blog.

Then from the category list page, he can see blogs that are not published yet:

And he can click and see unpublished blogs.

Anyway, links to unpublished blogs still works when they are not published yet, even if we have menu for category list or not.

Thank you and regards,

Hai

When a normal user access another user's page, he will see published blogs and click on the category of that blog.

That's not possible unless you've set the permissions on your site wrong. Check "Moderators View Access Level" within CB > Configuration > Moderation to ensure it's set to something like Super Users and not Public or Registered.

Then from the category list page, he can see blogs that are not published yet:

If they can see them outside of the profile then you absolutely have a permissions problem in Joomla. The users are likely Author, Publisher, or something of the sort usergroup levels. Check their usergroups and check your view access levels to see if they're qualifying for a view higher than what they should (e.g. if Super Users has Registered usergroup selected then it's wrong).

None of these permission problems can happen out of the box. It'd of had to of been configured this way intentionally so I don't know what to suggest other than go over all your permissions.

Thank you Krileon,

Yes, you are right. I set Edit State: Allowed for Registered. When I turn off, the normal user can not see the link.

Create, Edit State, and Edit Own should all be set to "Inherited", which will be "Not Allowed" as a result. So the permissions have been changed and they've permissions of Author, Editor, or maybe Publisher as a standard registered user. I'm unsure if that's intended, but you may want to carefully check your permissions further.
