Did you add custom HTML using a Custom HTML field to profile edit? No
Have you tried with default Joomla protostar template? Yes, but same error
Any errors reported in server error log? No error log
Before it worked perfectly. I think the problem is born after the last update carried out.

Contact your host and have them check mod_security logs. It could be a false positive mod_security rule being triggered and would need an exception added by your host.
