You've a conflict from something installed. Disable non-core CB plugins within CB > Plugin Management 1 by 1 until issue goes away. If it doesn't then repeat with 3rd party Joomla System and User plugins within Extensions > Plugins.

Hi Kyle,

thanks for your fast response!

Today I first deactivated all CB 3rd party Plugins 1 by 1 and checked the CB usermanagement after every change. No success. :-(

Then I checked the user and system plugins and disabled these plugins 1 by 1. Then I also tried the usermanagement without success.

The 8 fields from "username" to "Block user" can not be changed anymore in the main CB form. You can save every modification, but after that there are still the old entries.

What can I do or check now?

We just received a support request from a client with the same issue.

Joomla 3.4.5
CB 2.0..12

If we try to change a user's group in the CB User Mgt we receive a "successfully saved" message, however the group assignment reverts back to the setting before the save.

Joomla User Manager works as expected.

Also, we're not using any 3rd-party CB plugins.

Please disable your Auto Actions plugin and test again - you might have configured something wrong there.

Thank you for your reply.

We've tested disabling the CB Auto Actions plugin, however the issues remains.

Also, I should note the issue occurs in both Firefox and Chrome, only browsers tested so far, but it doesn't seem to be a browser issue.

Also, another important point .. the site was using CB 2.0.11 when the issue was reported, but I upgraded to 2.0.12 in an attempt to resolve the issue.

Update ----

I have error reporting set to Max, and no errors are being generated.

It is a conflict with a 3rd party extension. Generally a 3rd party Joomla System or User plugin found in Extensions > Plugin Manager. Disable them 1 by 1 (3rd party only) until it goes away. If it doesn't repeat with all other remaining 3rd party extensions in Extensions > Plugin Manager.
