Joomla 3.4.4 and CBgroupjive 3.0.0 does not work

Hello,

i installed a new version of Joomla 3.4.4 and CB 2.0.11 and all was good.

Then i installed Groupjive 3.0.0 and i received a blank screen.
I can't see a site of Groupjive, all pages are blank.

Did you have GJ 2.x installed? GJ 3.x is a Beta release.. it does not have GJ 2.x migration yet. Please read below carefully.

Hello,

sorry, i don't understand what you mean!

Into the description four GroupJive 3 i found this:

"Please note that this beta release does not have a migration script (planned for Release Candidate), so it should not be installed over previous GroupJive environments."

or this:

"GroupJive 3.0 beta 1 is not a stable release and:
should only be installed on CB 2.0.11+ sites that do not have previously installed versions of GroupJive.."


I used CB 2.0.11 and there wasn't a previously version of GroupJive installed...

So, why was it wrong what ive done?

I can't see how GJ could white screen your entire site. Are you meaning even backend is inaccessible? If you can access backend then enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration and see if any errors are present. If you mean the menu items to reach GJ give a blank screen then ensure you've the latest CB 2.x nightly found below.

I am guessing that by "i receive a blank screen" you mean you do not get anything displayed when you select one of the bacnken GroupJive menu items?

I had exactly the same problem - every menu option for GJ just returned a blank page.
Turned out I had forgotten to publish GJ from the plugin menu for CB
