We will not provide instructions for storing insecure passwords, sorry. Yes, it's doable, but we can not help with such matters as it's a massive security vulnerability that compromises the security of all your users. Do not store cleartext passwords. You can act on the after registration, lost password, or profile update triggers to encrypt and directly send to whatever external database as needed using CB Auto Actions and a Query action (use Code action if PHP is needed).
