Or to put it another way: how do I make it displayed blog entries in Activity? (So far, it appears much everything I do, except the blog posts ... I have to add it manually in the admin)
You're on CB 1.x and significantly out of date. I've no clue if that still works or not, but it works fine in CB 2.x with CB Auto Actions and CB Activity installed (CB Auto Actions logs the activity while CB Activity displays it). For CB 1.x release of CB Activity the activity logging was hardcoded in, but it could be bugged.
Please note if you choose to migrate to CB 2.x please ensure you've created a backup, disabled all non-core CB plugins, and have tested migration on a clone of your site before doing it to a live site so you know what to expect.

Is there not a pdf to date that would help me to see more clearly?
The screenshots from there are not up to date. We will be updating all our plugin pages after we launch our new site. You can find some videos below about latest CB Activity release.

I would like to know if it's possible or not show the addition post of the wall and Articles "Content" joomla! in Activity? And if yes, how ?

PS: The 2 Blogs are CB Blogs (with whom there is no problem with Activity) and the other comes from CB ProfilBook I was using before but did not appear in Activity ...
