Upgrading from CB 2.0.9 to CB 2.0.11 is a simple install over (but always take backup before you do anything on you website).

You can download latest CB Primer Book and releases from this page:

Hi Nick, thank you for your answser.

i install over but don't upgrade and show these message:

Warning: The file still exists /var/www/vhosts/directionwork.com/htdocs/administrator/components/com_comprofiler/pluginsfiles.tgz. This is probably due to the fact that the first step of the installation has not been completed or the second step did not take place. If you are sure that the first step is completed, you will need to perform the second step before using CB. You can do this by clicking here: Click here to run the next and final step of the installation.

how to do?

Thanks in advance

You probably have a permissions issue then if the CB plugins can't install. Click the link it provides you or try re-installing. If issue persists then check the tmp, component, component/com_comprofiler, components/com_comprofiler/plugin, and components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user folder permissions. The CB plugin install page should check these for you to see if they're writable. Enable debug mode and maximum error reporting during install to expose errors as well.
