I think I did locate the codes for that specific fields. But that is where I get confused.
I also changed template to see if it was a template problem, but I get the same result.
Getting closer, though, I guess.
Still in the dark.
Which file in the backend do I have to look at and adjust?

If it doesn't then re-install CB 2.0.12 and see if it now exists.

Reinstalled the CB 2.0.12.
Checked with Fillezilla if the file components/com_comprofiler/plugin/templates/default/jquery/media/controls.svg is there.. It is (see image, I hope I looked in the right directory..I think so).
Also, the errors(console) from last time are gone.
Cleared and purged Cache...
Problem still there.
Still don't know how to solve it.. but... did learn a lot along the way.. that's positive.

Are you still receiving a 403 forbidden in console for that image? You may have a mod_security or a htaccess protection issue preventing access to those files. They contain the images for rendering the controls so if it can't load you won't see any controls.

Do you have any suggestions as to how I can find out?
It's going to be a rather important part of the new site.
I did work before, but along the way, while building the site, adding and deleting extensions and all changes... it disappeared.
Attached is the message on the console when I click the video.
By the way, I also tried it on my girlfriend's computer and the one at work..all with the same result
Would really appreciate a solution.
