You either have a module assignment issue (your modules are not assigned to display on that menu item) or you've a template assignment issue (a different template assigned to the GJ menu item). Review your modules parameters carefully and ensure they're assigned to the GJ menu item or set to display on all pages. If they are then review your Joomla template parameters to ensure it's properly assigned.

Thanks for the help. We have rechecked the menu and fixed the issue. There is a one CB GroupJive menu. However on the Category Overview page, when we click on any categorylink, it again displays the page without the main menu and side menu. ( 52.2.170.227/index.php/categories-overview/pluginclass?plugin=cbgroupjive&action=categories&func=show&cat=3 )

The same happens when user clicks on any group - 52.2.170.227/index.php/categories-overview/pluginclass?plugin=cbgroupjive&action=groups&func=show&cat=1&grp=36 .

Do we need to configure some different menu, in order for these links to be displayed with the correct menu?
I have not seen that done in any groupjive tutorial.

Menu items for GJ don't work very well with GJ 2.x due to them not being proper internal menu items. This isn't a problem for GJ 3.x. You may need to force an Itemid within GJ > Configuration > Global.
