Sign up notification email received twice in the same time for both user and admin

Hi,

We received to confirmation email when new user registered via our website. Could you please sort out this issue so that I can apply it.

Secondly, My url of website is www.clippingpathoutsource.com and yes it works fine. But for register component it has two url for the same page. For example.

1. www.clippingpathoutsource.com/register this is I want and somehow I managed to do it. it works and even if I directly click to the link sign up in my page then it direct to different url for example. www.clippingpathoutsource.com/?Itemid=162 therefore it conflicts googlebot. So could you please let me know who can I remove the second url from website and make it as one. I hope I could make you understand somehow :)

A user registering on frontend receives the confirmation email twice? Please clarify further as I don't understand your issue.

There's no menu item for the "done" page after signing up. Google will also never be able to index that URL so its SEO is insignificant. It should use the Itemid of the registration or probably profile menu item. Find the menu item associated with Itemid 162 then ensure its menu type is configured correctly.
