Don't think that has anything to do with CB Activity or CB, but an issue with Joomla it self. Is your Joomla install up to date? Has its core files been modified in any way? That's erroring on an access permission call to check if a user has Super Users (core.admin) permissions. What Joomla version are you currently on?

Hi, I have the latest joomla version : 2.5.27
Nothing had changed
The site is running for 4 years now and all is well (I have never used users based plugins)
Joomla no longer officially supports Joomla 2.5 for nearly an entire year now. I highly recommend you upgrade to Joomla 3.x or you may continue to have issues as well as miss out on critical bug fixes in Joomla it self. Your issue appears to be a bug in Joomlas permission API, which CB is unable to fix. Upgrading to at least 2.5.28 maybe able to help.
