I'm using GJ 2.7 with CB 2.0.12, waiting for the stable release of GJ 3.0.
I have a question : what is the proper way / tool to email to group users ?
How can I select group(s) (and its/theirs users) and easily send an email to these groups members ?
CB + GJ have so many tools that I am sure there's an easy way but can't find it...
Each group has a Group Message feature. You can use that to message every user in the group. It uses the notification parameters to determine how it's sent (e.g. either PM or Email). Aside from that there is no mass messaging feature.

When you speak about Group message feature, do you mean "email notification when new wall message is posted ?".
Regarding this notification, how can I do to include the message body in the notification ?

No, navigate to a group that you are the owner of (or if you're a CB Moderator) then under the gear menu click "Message" menu item.
