Hallo,

ich habe das Plugin Privacy-Modul installiert. Aber meine Benutzer können ihren Account weder deaktivieren noch löschen, weil die Fehlermeldung "Keine Berechtigung" kommt.

Ich finde keine Einstellungen, die den Fehler erzeugen könnte. Weiß jemand Rat?

If you're seeing "Not authorized." then the field isn't accessible. Ensure the delete me field is set to display in profile edit and is on a tab that's accessible by the user (e.g. public and published). CB Moderators also are not allowed to delete or disable themselves so they can't access the feature at all.

Please PM backend super administrator login credentials as well as frontend test credentials where the issue can be seen and will take a look.
