Uploading Portraits on CB Profiles was created by ActorsAllianceSD
Hello,

I have Community Builder 2.0.12 running on a site with Joomla 3.4. Myself and my users are having issues uploading photos to their portrait on the Community Builder profiles. This be gain in early October and I've had the hardest time pin pointing the problem. I have not changed anything with the settings. I cannot upload photos from the backend and my users cannot upload photos when they are logged in.

When uploading a photo we choose the file and click save and after about 30 seconds of thinking the screen goes White. No error message, no timeout message, just white and then you have to refresh the page or go back and the image does not upload.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Blank/white screen issues are covered on our FAQ articles.
Please study this:

I am guessing you need to increase php memory (ask your hosting helpdesk for help on this).
