I migrated from GJ 2.7 to 3.0 RC1 on a TEST site, and ran into the following - the groups all seemed to migrate fine, but on my Kunena forums, the Categories for all of the Group's forums are no longer visible.

I can see the categories in the back end, GJ Forums is enabled, the groups are mapped to the proper categories, but they just don't show up either on the Forum Index or on the Group's page / tab.

I can provide access to my test environment, if necessary.

Edit and re-save your groups to see if the issue resolves. This should fix the access permissions of the Kunena category and group the GJ group is associated with. If you had nested usage though it may not have migrated enough and may need to improve the GJ Forums migration further.
