Groupjive - File Tab showing even though disabled

8 years 11 months ago - 8 years 11 months ago #273534 by pheinrichs
I have disabled the Files tab from within the Group Integration settings. However, it's still showing up on the front end. Same thing for the Invites tab. Is there somewhere else I'm supposed to disable it?

Using CB 2.0.12 and GJ 3 rc2. Everything is up to date.

I think I've figured it out... partially. It appears to have to do with access levels. Will certain access levels allow access to files even if it is disabled?

CB Moderators, Group Owner, and Group Administrators can still access disabled tabs. Disabled tabs with content will still show their contents, but won't allow standard group users to submit more. The parameters description directly states this.
