Thank you for responding, is there an official add-on which would issue messages to everyone in the user management list. I have a client that wants a News Flash type of system which goes to just registered users.

You should be able to use the built-in mailer in CB User Manager to send emails to your users.

Does the built-in mailer send an email or is it displayed on the website, the former would be ideal. Did you do a video tutorial on this?

Built-in mailer sends email.
No real need for tutotial (but might do one) but I think that this is mentioned in the CB Primer Book.
