Closest menu item related to CB Activity is the GJ menu item due to it containing pluginclass. Create a Joomla menu item to CB Activity plugin and it'll use it for its Itemid and SEF. The menu item does not have to be displayed for it to be used so it can be on a menutype that has no module to display it.
