Create Terms and Conditions in Community Builder was created by Ric-01

I need to know how to set up a Terms and Conditions in Community Builder.
I found that old thread here: www.joomlapolis.com/forum/153-professional-member-support/206312-solved-create-terms-and-conditions-in-community-builder

But I think this option is not valid anymore? I can't find the corresponding fields in the configuration backend.
