[SOLVED] Bug when trying to update users was created by beneymard
Hi,

When I try to modify the users fields in the back end, for some of them the following error message appears:

"403
Forbidden
Access to this resource on the server is denied!"

I really don't understand since I can modify the information of some users but with some other users I can't...

Likely a 3rd party Joomla system or user plugin within Extensions > Plugins causing a conflict. Disable all non-Joomla and non-CB User and System extensions and see if your issue persists. If issue persists disable non-core CB plugins 1 by 1 within CB > Plugin Management to see if issue resolves.

Just tried but it didn't work.

Any other idea about how to solve this? Can this be linked with the IP direction of the users?

You disabled all non-core Joomla system and user plugins? Then disabled all non-core CB plugins? If it's still not working after doing those steps then unpublish any Custom HTML fields you've configured then see if issue persists as it could be bad HTML.
