The key is present in latest nightly GJ 3.0 release. We had to fix language parsing as it wasn't parsing the XML files of GJ. The transifex projects should be up to date now and ready to translate.

hmm, I see line 102 of the groupjive-language.php file:
'GROUP_USERS' => 'Users',
I re-uploaded the language resource for GroupJive on transifex.
