Because you're probably viewing as HTTPS and Kunena forces it to HTTP for whatever reason, which results in cross-domain. Use the link button to link directly to it without it trying to do inline video (already fixed for you).
Regarding your issue. The button is jQuery driven. If it's not opening you have a JS error present. Press F12 to open the browser developer console. Click the Console tab. Now refresh the page and see if any fatal JS errors (in red) are present. If you've JS compression extensions installed then disable them. If you've jQuery loader extensions installed then disable them. If you disabled CBs jQuery in CB > Configuration > Integrations then re-enable it. If issue persists switch to default Joomla template and see if issue is resolved.
