Unable to Add Attachments to Mass Email

I wish to send a mass email with a PDF file attached. In the CB Email Users page where I compose the email there is no options for attaching files, nor for that matter changing the sent from address and other options shown in the User Management Mass Mailer Help .
Details: Joomla 3.4.5, CB 1.9.1, Default editor JCE 2.5.11, PHP 5.6.0RC4
I've tried a number of other editor options with no difference.

Mass mailer attachements is a feature available in CB 2.0+.

Now I just have to get my hosting company to update to a compatible PHP version.

If you plan on upgrading to CB 2.0 please take backup first and make sure you have all CB 2.0+ compatible plugins at hand to upgrade.
