[SOLVED] Problem of automatically activating pending and registered users after any of users modify account.

Hi
I am facing a problem every time a registered user (any user) modify his account. then the problem of automatically activating all pending and unconfirmed registered users

it was not an issue , unapproved users were appearing in registered user account ,that was due to selection of wrong Moderators View Access Level in configuration menu. I disabled that and it's working perfectly.
