Hi there,

i tried it with three different browsers but can´t save changes in the back end in user management. I can press the "save" or "save and close" button but nothing happens. No fault indication. nothing.
My mouse realize that it is a button but the form its not being send.

Any help?
Thanks in advance!

Guessing that something your have installed on your website is breaking javascript on that page.

You should be able to verify this by checking your error console on your browser and see that there is some kind of javascript error.

Now the problem is that it is not easy to find the culprit.
There are no issues with CB add-ons from joomlapolis as we do not have such issues with all our add-ons installed on a clean Joomla environment.

This means that either some third-party CB plugin you installed is causing this or some third party joomla plugin could also be the cause.

If the error in your browser error console is informative enought it could point you to the culprit.

If not you will need to menually unpublish one by one each third party cb plugin you installed and see if you can find the cilprit with this elimination process.

Otherwise you need to follow similar process for your third party joomla plugins.

Thats great help! Thanks.

I found out that is has something to do with a javascript action for the first field. If there is any entry in the first field, the „next“ button does not work.

I use cb profile pro for the sign up but thats not a new component.

Try checking is you have added and special validation parameters for you CB fields.
You might have a bad regex check that is breaking things.
