[SOLVED] Can't Install Professional Extensions

Just got my professional membership today, and it doesn't matter which extension I try to install it doesn't seem to work.
Error Messages:
"Warning JInstaller: :Install: Can't find Joomla XML setup file.
Error Unable to find install package"

I've seen this error once before when I tried to install a template that was designed for Joomla 1.5x, but I don't see anywhere that would indicate the extensions I downloaded from here are old.

I'm running Joomla! 3.4.5

Please note that you should be able to download anything marked for free or professional members from this reference page:

One of the items you should really download first is the CB Primer Book and read it.

It should help you get started.

You are most likely trying to install a CB plugin using the Joomla installer.
CB plugins are installed using the CB PLugin Manager and NOT the Joomla installer.
