where to localize date/time of gj events

sorry, perhaps I only don't finde it:
where can I localize (translate, adapt to german) the GJ events date (see image)?
where can I choose only 24 hours?

I see:

'GROUP_EVENT_DATE_FORMAT' => 'l, F j Y',
'GROUP_EVENT_TIME_FORMAT' => ' g:i A',

in the events language.php file

it was a bit difficult to find, because you find nothing in the settings.
and in the transifex language file, you have no description only the formule:
l, d.M.Y

I think, there will be more people who will ask!

Yeah, I looked at the default language file to find the key that was descriptive.

you have no description only the formule:

We always use PHP date format. See the below for available usages.
