Search user: multiple select

Hi,

I would please like to do the following. At the moment when a user is looking for another user in the search engine, it works the following way.

Ex: I look for someone that speaks English
I put English in the language field

As language is a multi select field, people may have answered the following
User 1: English
User 2: English German

The problem I have now if I search for English, only user 1 will appear in the results, not user 2 as his response is English & German... Could you please let me know how to make sure that user 2 also appears as English is part of user 2 answer?
