[SOLVED] Conditional fields not displaying

I have recently installed the CB conditional plugin.

As a dummy user i have completed my registration fields and saved the profile. However when i revisit my account area to review them they are not displaying. If i select to update/edit the profile the fields are still not displaying.

If i login as admin and view the user management area i can see the completed fields.

Any ideas what setting i am missing?

What version of Joomla/CB/CB Conditional?

What configuration did you make for field/tab conditioning? (give screenshot if possible of configuration and result).

Joomla - v3.4.3
CB - 2.0.10
CB Cond - v4.0.5

The child no 1 full name is a field on the Holiday Club - Children's Details tab.
The doctor's name (and other missing doctor's fields) are fields on the Holiday Club - Doctor and Medical Details tab.

Attached is a screen shot of the fields list. See row 20 and row 32.

Attached is also a screen shot seeing the conditions set up. I have tried to set it so that the doctor's name field shows when the child no 1 full name field is not empty (along with 5 others also then showing). 2 fields (also in the children details tab) correctly appear whena name is entered but it is 4 of the the medical ones that don't.

The other doctor/medical fields that are also not working are set up in a similar way.

I see no attachements.

But please first upgrade to latest CB nightly and CB Conditional nightly from this reference page:

then retest and post back new screenshots.
