If you're conditioning the field with CBSubs then you can't condition it with CB Conditional. It's a case of "too many hands in the pot" as you've 2 plugins fighting to control the fields visibility. You have to use one or the other.

I just pay the pro access for using conditional fields
I have the same error problem and I have only used the "field conditional self".
The problem persists with all required hidden fields
An other idea ?

Even if using conditional self you can not condition a field multiple times. It can only be conditioned once no matter the source. This is because each condition acts independently. There's no AND/OR usage at this time.

I have solved the problem: I had a conflict with self conditional fields and tab conditional. I had to delete all conditional tabs.
