There is nothing in the spam folder, the emailaddress is correct. With PM it works, but not with emails.

cb groupjive parameters:
Notifications/Notify by Email
Groups Message/Types Email
If it's working with PMs, but not emails it means there's likely an issue with your email usage in general. Within CB > User Management try sending a mass mailer email to that user and see if they receive it.

I'm so sorry. You're right. This was with an email address, I rarely used, with automatic transfer. And for some reasons they changed this automatic transfer. All is working best!
